Michele facilitated a group supervision that accompanied the Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner course I was participating in. The group ran for 5 sessions, each 2 hours long and had 7 participants in total. Our group was diverse, geographically, culturally and in terms of our experience. I share all of this to land the picture that this was a challenging environment to work in, I'm still a bit awestruck about the experience! Michele facilitated every session with a level of wisdom, humility and gentle humour that ensured we all knew, from the very beginning, that this space was one that we could deeply engage in. 
The complexities of team coaching are endless, the course was challenging and it was a steep learning curve for us all. Without the group supervision sessions, I believe it would have been overwhelming and stressful. Having this group to come to not only reminded me that it's ok to be a learner again but also that this work is so incredibly important. Michele created a wonderfully supportive and expansive container so we could openly share how we were navigating the course and support each other on our journey. She brought a varied and sensitive array of tools, techniques and inspiring resources. She posed questions that were powerful catalysts of collaboration. And she did all of that with a kind, gentle and humbling presence that had us all wanting to be just like her if/when we grow up! 
I highly recommend Michele as a coach, facilitator and supervisor. If you get to work with her, you're in safe hands, and made a very wise choice!
